About Multiwave Technologies AG :
Multiwave Technologies AG is a deep tech medical device company developing an AI-powered portable MRI device. The Company used its software tools and know-how to contribute to Metacrystal’s first scientific milestones. We wish Metacrystal’s new management all the best in their journey to make PET imaging safer.
About Metacrystal SA :
Under the leadership of Professor Paul Lecoq, Metacrystal’s ambition is to introduce its disruptive technology in ionizing radiation detectors across a broad application spectrum. In particular, strong benefits are expected for PET (Positron Emission Tomography) Scanners in medical imaging, both by improving diagnosis at early stages of a disease and by reducing the dose injected to the patient, increasing therefore the patient base to pregnant women and children. All these improvements will reduce the cost of nuclear medicine imaging infrastructures and protocols.
